Call Center Sales Manager
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Call Center Sales Manager to improve sales performance across a contact center environment. This role focuses on optimizing sales strategies, processes, tools, and team effectiveness to increase conversion rates, customer engagement, retention, and revenue growth. The ideal candidate will partner closely with Sales Leadership, Marketing, Customer Experience, Product, and Operations teams to analyze performance, identify opportunities, and implement initiatives that drive measurable business results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales enablement strategies to improve phone sales performance, including call flows, sales scripts, objection handling, and follow-up processes.
- Analyze sales and customer data to identify performance gaps and implement targeted improvement plans.
- Track and report on key sales metrics, including conversion rates, productivity, customer retention, and quota attainment.
- Partner with internal and external stakeholders to achieve sales goals and improve contact center performance.
- Monitor vendor and partner performance against established KPIs and implement corrective actions when needed.
- Ensure consistency in sales messaging, customer engagement strategies, and operational processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales objectives with business initiatives, product launches, and marketing campaigns.
- Develop and deliver sales training materials, coaching programs, playbooks, and best practices.
- Manage and optimize sales technologies, including CRM platforms, dialers, call recording systems, and analytics tools.
- Drive a customer-centric sales experience while balancing revenue growth and operational efficiency.
