Regional Maintenance Manager - Commercial Trucking

Miller Transportation Group is a mid-size, rapidly growing leader in the transportation industry that has been family-owned since 1912. Miller Truck Leasing is looking to hire a Regional Maintenance Manager for several of our Mid Atlantic maintenance shops to support ongoing growth throughout the region. The Regional Maintenance Manager position can live anywhere within the territory, though will require regular travel to the diesel maintenance shops in New Jersey, eastern PA, and Jessup, MD. This position is a key leadership position for Miller Truck Leasing and will have the ability to positively impact our continued growth throughout the region. You Will: Lead teams of diesel technicians and service managers at assigned shops in NJ, eastern PA, and Jessup, MD P&L responsibility for each shop Implement and manage to company processes and procedures at all shops in the region Travel to shops regularly Ensure safety and OSHA and DOT compliance of shops and employees Manage hiring and scheduling across locations Audit maintenance and repairs and monitor KPIs for each location You Have: 10 or more years of experience managing in heavy diesel truck maintenance Strong organizational and customer-focused skills Proficiency with computer and vehicle diagnostics Willingness to travel within district (Within 100 miles), work flexible schedule, and work overtime if needed Business degree or technical school certification Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills Truck Leasing experience is strongly desired We Have: Competitive compensation including base salary ($115,000-125,000) and annual bonus (to $15,000 when meeting KPI's) Paid Vacation and Holidays Comprehensive medical, vision, and dental insurance with HRA, HSA, and FSA options 401(k) with a company provided match Employee Discounts and an Employee Assistance Program Miller is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
