Medical Sales Manager

We are a growing laboratory based in Florida focused on ENT, Urology, and other specialties. We are building our sales function and looking for a strong individual contributor with leadership potential. Position Summary This role is designed for a high-performing sales professional who can execute independently and has the potential to grow into a leadership role as the company expands. Key Responsibilities Prospect and develop new physician office relationships Conduct in-person visits with doctors, office managers, and staff Open and onboard new accounts Drive consistent test volume from active clients Maintain regular follow-up and pipeline tracking Provide market feedback and identify growth opportunities Qualifications Outside sales experience required (medical sales preferred) Strong communication and closing skills Self-motivated with the ability to work independently Comfortable working in a field-based role Interest in growing into a leadership position #J-18808-Ljbffr Regard Healthcare
