Kelly is hiring experienced  Forklift Operators to join Cummins’ safe, clean, and team-oriented warehouse environment. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a reputable employer, earn competitive pay, and potentially transition to a full-time position.

Position Details

• Location: Florence, KY
• Pay: $18–$19 per hour
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, Overtime on Saturdays
• Pay Frequency: Weekly, every Friday

Available Shifts

• 1st Shift: 6:00 a.m.–2:30 p.m.
• 2nd Shift: 2:30 p.m.–11:00 p.m.

What You’ll Do

As a Forklift Operator, you will:

• Safely operate reach trucks, cherry pickers, and pacers
• Pick and move products using RF scanners, both on equipment and on foot
• Inspect forklifts and complete required documentation
• Follow all workplace safety procedures and maintain excellent attendance
• Support daily warehouse operations as part of a dependable team

What You’ll Need

• At least one year of experience operating a reach truck, order picker, or pacer
• Ability to work overtime as needed
• Steel-toe or composite-toe shoes
• Strong commitment to safety, attendance, and teamwork
