Únase a un equipo dinámico como Asociado de Almacén, donde desempeñará un papel fundamental en diversas áreas, incluyendo recepción/descarga, escaneo/inventario, empaquetado/envío y preparación de pedidos (*picking*). Este puesto ofrece la oportunidad de trabajar en instalaciones modernas con una excelente cultura empresarial.

Responsabilidades

Descargar remolques utilizando transpaletas manuales o carros.

Clasificar equipos entrantes como módems, enrutadores y decodificadores de cable.

Escanear códigos de barras utilizando escáneres de radiofrecuencia (RF) portátiles.

Asegurar el registro preciso de los números de serie de los productos.

Empaquetar productos probados en cajas con los materiales adecuados y etiquetar los paquetes para su envío.

Utilizar iPads para determinar las ubicaciones y cantidades de los artículos a recoger.

Utilizar escáneres RF para la preparación precisa de pedidos.

Seguir las instrucciones de trabajo y cumplir con las metas de producción.

Mantener la limpieza y organización de las estaciones de trabajo.

Cumplir con las normas de seguridad y las políticas de la empresa.

Entorno de trabajo

El almacén cuenta con climatización, limpieza y organización, ofreciendo un ambiente laboral positivo. Se requiere que los empleados permanezcan de pie durante toda la jornada, ya que no hay puestos de trabajo sentados disponibles. Debido a una estricta política de seguridad, no se permite el uso de teléfonos celulares personales durante el horario laboral, y los empleados deben cumplir con la política de "No Beep" (evitar activar las alarmas) para no disparar los detectores de metales.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Charlestown, IN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $16.36 - $18.81/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
