The Process Integration team plays a critical role in advancing semiconductor technology by improving process integration, structural uniformity, yield, quality, and reliability across manufacturing and technology development. The team collaborates with engineering, manufacturing, and supplier partners worldwide to develop scalable solutions that accelerate technology readiness and operational excellence.Position OverviewAs a Process Integration Engineer, you will lead integration strategies that improve structural uniformity, process performance, and product quality across critical semiconductor modules. You will apply engineering fundamentals, modeling techniques, and data-driven problem solving to find opportunities, resolve complex challenges, and accelerate technology ramps. This role offers the opportunity to influence technical strategy, drive innovation, and deliver measurable improvements across Micron's global manufacturing network.ResponsibilitiesLead process integration strategies for critical semiconductor modules to improve yield, quality, and reliabilityDevelop and implement physics-based and process-based solutions to address structural uniformity and integration challengesPartner with process engineers, integration teams, and suppliers to optimize process interactions and achieve technology and business objectivesApply model-based root cause analysis techniques to identify and resolve complex manufacturing and process integration issuesDefine, implement, and continuously improve inline monitoring systems to strengthen process control and reduce variationBuild and maintain technical expertise across multiple technology nodes to support successful product integration and technology transitionsDrive early integration strategies and best-known methods (BKMs) that accelerate yield ramp, quality improvements, and manufacturing readinessLead global projects that standardize successful practices and scale proven solutions across manufacturing sitesFind opportunities to improve business processes, development efficiency, cycle time, and operational performanceUse data-driven insights to support technical decision-making and continuous improvement initiativesMinimum QualificationsBachelor's, Master's in Electrical Engineering, Materials Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, Chemical Engineering, or a related technical field5+ years of experience in semiconductor process engineering, process integration, or a related technical roleStrong understanding of semiconductor fabrication processes and how process interactions impact yield, device performance, and reliabilityKnowledge of DRAM, NAND, or related semiconductor device structures and the ability to analyze process, probe, qualification, and manufacturing dataExperience applying model-based problem-solving techniques and data-driven decision-making to resolve complex technical challengesAbility to travel to Micron sites as needed to support teamwork, technology development, and project executionPreferred QualificationsExperience leading cross-functional technical projects and driving alignment across global organizationsProven success identifying root causes and implementing solutions for process integration, structural uniformity, or device-related challengesStrong analytical and presentation skills with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to diverse audiencesDemonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt in a fast-paced environmentStrong collaboration and relationship-building skills with experience working across engineering, manufacturing, and supplier teamsExcellent verbal and written communication skills with a track record of effective teamwork and stakeholder engagementExperience and/or interest in developing Agentic AI workflows into current or future processes.
