Inside Sales Consultant (Boca Raton)

Base Salary: $41,600 + Uncapped Incentive Compensation

Estimated First-Year Earnings: $80,000-$100,000+ based on performance

A national consumer services organization is seeking a Bilingual Inside Sales Consultant to engage prospective clients who have expressed interest in our services.

This position requires professional fluency in both English and Spanish. Language proficiency will be assessed as part of the hiring process.

This is a consultative, phone-based sales role focused on understanding prospective clients' needs, educating them about available options, addressing questions and concerns, and securing appointments for in-person consultations.

What You'll Do

• Communicate with prospective clients in both English and Spanish
• Manage inbound and outbound follow-up with qualified leads
• Conduct consultative conversations to understand client needs
• Explain available services and appropriate next steps
• Address questions and objections professionally
• Schedule and confirm in-person consultations
• Maintain accurate client information and activity within the CRM
• Work toward established sales and conversion goals
• Provide a professional and supportive client experience

What You'll Bring

• Professional fluency in spoken and written English and Spanish
• Previous sales experience, preferably in consultative, inside sales, phone sales, or a related environment
• Strong communication and active-listening skills
• Ability to explain services clearly and confidently
• Experience addressing customer questions and objections
• Experience working with CRM systems
• Ability to work in a performance-based environment with measurable goals

Compensation

This position provides a base salary of $41,600 plus uncapped incentive compensation .

Total earnings vary based on individual performance. Estimated first-year total earnings are $80,000-$100,000+ , with top performers potentially earning $110,000 or more .
