Benefits for the Insurance Sales Representative Very competitive base salary Very competitive commission structure Bonus incentive based on individual/agency performance Paid time off – personal time and holidays Career growth/advancement development Training/coaching provided Qualifications for the Insurance Sales Representative Sales experience or a client‑facing background is a plus Insurance experience is required Active Property and Casualty General Lines License in TX is required In addition to the P&C an Active Life and Health License in TX is preferred Proven track record of trustworthiness, dependability and ethical behavior Must be coachable Excellent communication skills: written, verbal, and listening Must have strong interpersonal communication skills Must be motivated and determined Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful, and be coachable Possess an upbeat, positive, and enthusiastic attitude Confident, self‑starter who works well independently Active Texas Property & Casualty license (required) Life and Health license is preferred, or willingness to obtain them Cold call and perform other lead generation activities Responsibilities for the Insurance Sales Representative Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales Communicate with our hot leads Establish client relationships and follow up with clients, as needed Understand the prospect's needs and identify sales opportunities Create and maintain a database of current and potential customers Explain and demonstrate the benefits of our services Stay informed about competing products and services Achieve high sales targets Have a ton of fun while being part of a competitive team Our Culture Customer and employee success and satisfaction are our top two priorities.
