Senior Product Engineer (AI)

Hanomi is building the intelligence layer for CAD. We are starting by converting 3D CAD models to engineering drawings that can be sent to a manufacturer to build our foundational manufacturing intelligence. What We Do We read 3D models and understand their geometry and context. The former is self explanatory, the latter is what distinguishes us from anything else in the market. We rely on all the history that went into creating the part along with how it will be used downstream to build a latent space that pumps out the information that goes into a drawing sheet. This also requires an interface with our users where they can upload their parts and give us all the information about the part that lives in their heads. What We Need From You Own the creation and refinement of computational geometry features utilizing low-level CAD kernels (Python/C++) Work closely with engineers to directly observe and enhance their daily workflows using your algorithms Collaborate with the founding team to translate customer insights into actionable product specifications, shaping the strategic product roadmap Engage proactively with customers, deeply understanding their pain points to ensure our solutions meaningfully address their challenges What We're Looking For Experience building and deploying reinforcement learning algorithms and machine learning pipelines Excellent communication skills, with a proven ability to clearly articulate technical ideas, trade-offs, and solutions [Bonus] Solid knowledge of mechanical engineering fundamentals, including GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) What We Offer Generous equity package Significant opportunities for professional growth Collaborative, positive, and flexible working environment We also sponsor visas (given that you are already in the states) Apply Here Send an email to View email address on click.appcast.io with the following: Resume A brief 1-2 minute video recording about why Hanomi resonates with you Link to Github We do our best work in person, and so our team spends time together six days per week in our new, bright, and spacious office.
