Patient Care Coordinator

Peachtree Spine and Sports Physicians is seeking a highly motivated, adaptable, and patient-focused Patient Care Coordinator to join our Decatur team. This role is central to delivering an exceptional patient experience while ensuring efficient daily clinic operations in a fast-paced specialty practice. We are looking for a team member who is professional, proactive, and comfortable working across multiple areas of the practice. Flexibility, accountability, and a strong willingness to cross-train are essential for success in this role. Key Responsibilities Welcome and check in patients with professionalism, efficiency, and warmth Manage scheduling, registration, and appointment coordination Collect, verify, and update patient demographic and insurance information Support smooth patient flow between clinical and administrative teams Assist with patient intake, documentation preparation, and rooming support as needed Communicate clearly with providers and staff to ensure seamless daily operations Respond to patient inquiries in person and over the phone with excellent service Maintain strict confidentiality and compliance with all practice policies and HIPAA standards Cross-Training & Flexibility Expectations This position is designed for an individual who is energized by variety and teamwork.
