Sales & Design Consultant | Encinitas, CA
Bliss 101 is looking for an outgoing, motivated Sales & Design Consultant who loves art, interior design, and connecting with people to join our small, creative team in Encinitas.
We’re looking for someone who understands that great retail is about more than making a sale—it’s about building relationships, understanding what a customer is looking for, and providing the kind of thoughtful, personalized service that keeps people coming back.
Who We’re Looking For
Our ideal candidate is:
- Passionate about art, home décor, interior design, and beautiful spaces
- Naturally warm, personable, and comfortable connecting with customers
- Confident in sales and knows how to guide a customer through a purchase
- Energetic, self-motivated, and comfortable taking initiative
- Organized, dependable, and attentive to details
- Experienced in retail sales, with art gallery, furniture, home décor, or interior design experience preferred
- Available to work weekends and maintain some flexibility during holidays, events, and seasonal periods

This is a sales-focused position, but there is room to grow into other areas of the business depending on your interests, experience, and skills.
