This is much more than a statement - it's in the act of living our daily lives.MRM is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, gender, religion, age, sexual orientation, national or ethnic origin, disability, marital status, veteran status, or any other occupationally irrelevant criteria.The purpose of a Quality Assurance Analyst is to provide the means and also the measures for testing all the aspects of a software solution, both functionally and technically, in order to meet the requirements and overall quality of the intended solution.Responsibilities:Create and maintain a Bug/Issues Log (including improvement suggestions)Create and maintain a Testing Results Matrix to determine if all functional/business requirements have been testedTest all Functional/Business RequirementsTest multiple components or applications to ensure the integrity of data and functionality among these separate componentsRe-test fixes and update Bug/Issues Log and Testing Results MatrixPerform Regression testingPerform User Acceptance testingSkills:Knowledge of Windows, Web based and MS Office applicationsKnowledge of Multi-Browser testing, including PC and MacKnowledge of Apple iOS and Android mobile platformsFamiliar with Responsive DesignAbility to create test cases from specificationsProficient with browser testing tools: Inspect Elements, Monitor Network TrafficFamiliar with HTML and CSSProficient with Microsoft Office applications and working knowledge of Industry Tool Sets, such as: Defect Management Applications, Browser Testing ExtensionsKnowledge of the Software Development Lifecycle with an emphasis on Software Test Procedures, Techniques and Best PracticesExcellent verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to interact in a collaborative environment with all project members and stakeholdersAbility to perform and achieve objectives in a fast paced environmentQA Certification is a plus.
