Administrative Assistant - Value-Based Care Department - Bilingual (English/ Spanish)

About the Role
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our Value-Based Care Department. This role is ideal for someone with a strong medical office background who is comfortable handling administrative workflows, patient coordination, and data tracking in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the Value-Based Care team
• Manage appointment scheduling and patient outreach
• Handle incoming and outgoing calls in a professional manner
• Assist with front desk operations as needed
• Maintain and update Excel spreadsheets for tracking and reporting
• Support coordination of care initiatives and patient follow-ups
• Ensure accurate documentation and data entry within internal systems

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a medical office setting (front desk, scheduling, or call center support required)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (ability to manage and update spreadsheets)
• Bilingual in Spanish and English (Required)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a team-oriented environment
• High level of professionalism and attention to detail

Work Schedule

• Monday through Friday
• Two (2) alternating Saturdays per month

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 per hour
