What You’ll Do Convert phone and walk-in leads into happy residents Deliver superior customer service that turns leases into long-term renewals Conduct apartment tours that inspire excitement and trust Maintain organized lease files and support administrative functions Update leasing data and market surveys weekly Take pride in presenting model units and common areas with polish and attention to detail Support marketing efforts including outreach and social media updates Respond to resident needs with empathy, speed, and accuracy What We’re Looking For Prior experience in multi-family leasing or a passion for sales and service A natural relationship-builder with strong verbal and written communication skills Detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and organized under pressure A team player who thrives in a professional, goal-driven culture Someone who enjoys taking initiative and creating memorable resident experiences Requirements High School Diploma or GED required; college coursework preferred Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license Ability to walk the property, climb stairs, and lift up to 30 lbs.
