Role Description The Escape Room Customer Service role is a full-time, on-site position located in Corpus Christi, TX. This role includes greeting and checking in guests, explaining game rules and safety guidelines, and providing a welcoming, professional experience from arrival through departure. Daily tasks involve answering phone calls and emails, managing reservations, processing payments, and assisting with schedule changes or special requests. The role also includes monitoring games, offering clues when needed, resetting rooms between sessions, and ensuring all props and equipment remain in good working order. Team members collaborate with colleagues to maintain a clean, organized venue and proactively resolve guest concerns to support a high level of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong customer-facing skills, including Customer Service and Customer Experience, with a focus on creating positive interactions.
• Customer Support and Customer Satisfaction skills to address inquiries, manage issues, and ensure guests leave with a favorable impression.
• Professional Phone Etiquette for handling calls, booking reservations, and providing clear, courteous information.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to explain rules and instructions clearly to diverse groups.
• Reliable time management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple groups and tasks in a fast-paced setting.
• Comfort working evening, weekend, and holiday shifts as required by an entertainment-focused business.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, move props, and reset rooms safely and efficiently.
• Prior customer service or hospitality experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
