About Us
PAM Transport was founded in Tontitown, Arkansas, in 1980 by Paul Allen Maestri as a 5-truck operation. In our 40+ years of being in business, we have become an international company with more than 2,200 trucks and 8,000 trailers. Our goal is to provide exceptional service to our customers, and we believe that starts with having exceptional employees who are passionate about their work. Our culture is unique in that we offer the growth opportunities of a large company, but we still maintain that "small town feel" and community here at PAM.
About This Opportunity
We are seeking a highly motivated skilled tractor/trailer mechanics. From beginners to skilled leaders, each technician will be an integral part of keeping America's freight moving forward.
Pay and Schedule
Monday to Friday 7 am to 3:30 pm. The pay range is $32 -$36/hour depending on experience.

How Will You Contribute To The Success Of The Team?
Perform accident damage repairs and PM maintenance on trucks and trailers.
Perform aluminum and steel welding.
Perform various maintenance on repair tasks on trucks and trailers.
Properly document and maintain records of equipment.
Replace trailer panels and sheet metal.
Repair wood/metal flooring in trailers.
What Makes You A Strong Candidate For This Position?
Minimum one year on trailer/mechanical experience.
Repair brake system and axels on trailers.
Strong mechanical and technical skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Own basic tools.
