Licensed Mental Health Therapist - Park Ridge

We are recruiting a Licensed Mental Health Therapist to join our team in the greater Park Ridge market to deliver evidence‑based care and coordinate treatment for patients across the spectrum of mental health conditions. Responsibilities Diagnose and treat mental health disorders using evidence‑based therapeutic approaches. Conduct comprehensive assessments, create individualized treatment plans, and provide regular psychotherapy sessions. Collaborate with interdisciplinary clinicians to coordinate care and ensure continuity of treatment. Respond to crisis situations and provide appropriate interventions. Use measurement‑based care to track outcomes and adjust treatment plans accordingly. Maintain accurate, up‑to‑date electronic health records in the EMR system. Participate in a hybrid work schedule—providing care in person three days a week and via telehealth two days a week. Qualifications Active state of Illinois license (LCSW, LCPC, LMFT, LSW, or LPC). Over one year of professional psychotherapy experience. Strong passion for delivering high‑quality mental health care. Proficiency with EMR systems and meticulous record‑keeping. Solid understanding of mental health disorders and treatment modalities. Willingness and ability to work with a broad range of mental health conditions.
