What You’ll Do * Administer medications: Safely provide medications according to physician orders and resident care plans. * Document accurately: Maintain clear and timely medication administration records. * Monitor residents: Watch for changes in condition, side effects, or concerns and communicate them promptly to nursing staff. * Provide hands-on support: Assist residents with activities of daily living while promoting dignity and independence. * Build meaningful connections: Get to know our residents and create positive experiences throughout each shift. * Be part of the team: Work alongside supportive coworkers who value compassion, accountability, and teamwork. What You’ll Bring * Active 40-hour Medication Aide certification valid in Nebraska. * Compassion, patience, and a genuine interest in working with older adults. * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Basic computer skills for medication tracking and documentation. * Dependability and a team-first attitude. * Availability to work weekends and holidays as scheduled.
