Schedule / Hours: Full Time or Part Time Available Mon, Tue, Wed, Fri: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Saturday: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM Compensation $25–$35 per hour, depending on experience Benefits Growth opportunities in a supportive, family-oriented practice Friendly, close-knit team environment Ongoing training and continuing education opportunities Responsibilities Take and process dental X-rays (NJ X-ray certification required) Assist the dentist chairside during pediatric procedures Support behavior management and help create a positive experience for children Sterilize and prepare instruments and treatment rooms Manage and organize dental supplies and stock Provide warm, welcoming communication to parents and patients What We’re Looking For Positive attitude and professional demeanor Eager to learn and adapt quickly in a pediatric environment Excellent chairside assistance skills Ability to support children with patience and empathy A genuine smile and friendly presence with families Requirements 1 year of dental assisting experience in Pediatric Dentistry is preferred NJ Dental X-ray license BLS (Basic Life Support) certification Compensation: $25-$35/hour
