Essential Functions: Take responsibility for the health, well-being and happiness of participant Encourage respect for personal property, equipment and facilities Set a good example for participants in all areas Supervise, assist instructors and actively participate in all aspects of the participants’ day. Assist staff with participant’s toileting and feeding needs. Work as a team with other staff Monitor social interactions between participants and public, assess for appropriate behavior Recommended Minimum Qualifications: Education and Experience: or any equivalent combination of education, training and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities to perform the essential functions of the job. Must be a minimum of 16 years of age Experience working with Special Needs recommended Ability to interact with all ages and ability levels Special Requirements: Has or is able to obtain current CPR/FA Certification approved by Massachusetts State Health Department. Must fill out CORI/SORI form Compensation: This position is Grade 1 of the Town’s Part-Time Pay Plan with an hourly range of $16.00 to $16.98 based upon qualifications and experience. #J-18808-Ljbffr Natick
