What You'll Do

As a key member of our Provider Support team, you'll keep our practice running smoothly and our patients well cared for, including:

• Answering and managing incoming calls and voicemails
• Completing referrals and provider correspondence
• Coordinating specialized testing and scheduling
• Processing prior authorizations
• Providing front desk coverage as needed
• Supporting providers with day-to-day administrative tasks
