Assistant Manager

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Salon Manager for The Lash Lounge in Roseville. Who we are: The Lash Lounge is the premier salon for lash extensions in the United States. Founded in Dallas, TX, The Lash Lounge offers a complete menu of services including tinting, threading, perming, and more. We take pride in consistently creating an inviting atmosphere with a focus on an exceptional guest experience. Who we want on our team: We are looking for an Assistant Salon Manager for our busy Roseville salon. You will report directly to the Salon Manager, and your focus will be on providing excellent customer service to all our guests and staff, helping to manage our growing team of Front Desk Associates and Stylists, and cultivating a positive and fun work environment. You will be highly focused on sales, managing company goals, and training our staff in selling memberships and retail. Previous Membership Sales and Management experience is required . You will also lead the Marketing activities for both salons using our branded marketing tools and platforms, online, in-salon and through official business partnerships. The Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) for the role include the following, and may be updated based on performance and business needs. There may be opportunities to directly manage front desk & stylist resources (depending on experience).
