Licensed Mental Health Counselor

Overview LifeStance Health is a national provider of mental healthcare services focused on evidence‑based, medically‑driven treatment for children, adolescents and adults. We offer outpatient care in Washington State and are currently hiring Licensed Therapists to join our clinical team. Position Licensed Therapist (LMHC, LICSW, LMFT) – full‑time or part‑time. Part of a multidisciplinary clinical team providing mental health care to adult and/or child and adolescent populations. Qualifications Fully licensed and credentialed in Washington State as LMHC, LICSW or LMFT. Experience working with adult and/or child and adolescent populations. Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary range $90,000–$115,000 with uncapped earning potential. Sign‑on bonus. Cash‑based incentive plan.
