Tax Manager

DescriptionKforce's client, a well-established organization located in Saint Louis, MO, is seeking an Indirect Tax Manager to oversee U.S. and Canadian indirect tax compliance, reporting, forecasting, audits, and process improvements. This hybrid role reports to the Senior Director of Tax and partners with Accounting, Treasury, Accounts Payable, operational teams, and external advisers. Client offers salary and benefits, work/life balance.Responsibilities:* Manage U.S. sales and use tax and property tax compliance* Prepare and review Canadian GST/HST filings* Support tax audits, refund claims, and regulatory requests* Review fixed asset reconciliations and property tax filings* Maintain the indirect tax calculation and reporting system* Coordinate monthly tax payments with Treasury* Research indirect tax regulations and strengthen reporting processes and controlsRequirements* Bachelor's degree in Accounting* 5+ years of experience, current Manager experience is a must* Strong U.S. sales and use tax and property tax knowledge* Advanced Excel skills* Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills* Canadian GST/HST, SAP, and ONESOURCE experience preferredJob TypeDirect HireCompensation125000 - $135000
