Be results oriented: Delegate tasks to team members and report back results. Lead the experience: Support the General Manager to achieve restaurant performance and quality standards across kitchen, people, and service. Understand that teamwork is key: Partner with restaurant team to ensure safe and efficient operations. Drive shift leadership: Provide leadership to crew and other managers during each shift to ensure fast, accurate, friendly service. Monitor safety, security, and profitability, and communicate with the next Shift Manager to prepare them for a great shift. Help departments meet their goals and meet your own shift targets. Qualifications A commitment to excellence and safety in the workplace. Strong customer service and support focus. Excellent communication skills and the ability to anticipate customer needs. Problem‑solving and decision‑making in a fast‑paced environment. Previous leadership experience preferred, ideally within restaurant, retail, or hospitality. Flexible schedule and positive team‑player attitude. Must be 18 years or older.
