SilverSwing ABA is seeking an experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team conducting initial assessments! We're a passionate ABA company dedicated to transforming lives through evidence-based practices.

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Compensation and Benefits:

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct initial assessments
Write IA reports and set up learning trees in Central Reach
Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure client success
Maintain compliance with ethical and regulatory standards
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Skills and Qualifications:
Current Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.
Georgia LBA Required
Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
Strong report writing skills
Familiarity with Central Reach
Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
