In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, ensuring the delivery of high-quality and innovative products that meet user needs and drive business growth.Strategy & VisionDevelop and articulate compelling product vision and strategy based on customer needs, market trends, and competitive analysisLead the development and execution of the product roadmap, prioritizing features and enhancements in alignment with business goalsDrive development teams in building new solutions and platforms or enhancing existing ones with added features or integrationsProduct Development & Lifecycle ManagementOversee the full product lifecycle, from ideation to development, launch, and iterationWrite and review documentation and deliverables such as PRDs, Solution Design Documents, Interface Specifications, Stories, Tasks, and IRDsActively engage in key product development sessions, including Architecture Reviews Agile Ceremonies / Iterations, Code and Workflow Reviews, Development QA Cycles and Launch Prep for General Availability (GA)Manage post-launch analytics, metric performance reviews, reporting insights, and upkeepCustomer Insight & Market AnalysisAddress client challenges tied to post-release solutionsCollaborate with sales and marketing teams to gather and prioritize customer requirements and needs, translating them into detailed product specifications and user storiesEngage with external partners and stakeholders to align product development with market needsConduct comprehensive market research and customer analysis to identify opportunities and threatsTeam Leadership & CollaborationLead and mentor a team of Product Managers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environmentWork closely with Engineering, Design, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Support to ensure successful product development and launchCommunicate product strategy, roadmap, and progress to internal stakeholders, including executive leadershipFinancial & Resource ManagementDevelop and manage the product budget, ensuring resource allocation aligns with strategic prioritiesMonitor and analyze product profitability and performance to inform future investment decisionsAbout You as the Lead Product ManagerBachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Master's or MBA preferred8+ years of experience in Product Management, with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership roleDemonstrated experience in leading Android product development from ideation to launchAd Tech or carrier experience is highly preferredStrong understanding of market research, data analysis, and financial modelingExcellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skillsProven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence without formal authorityStrong problem-solving and decision-making skillsProficient in product management software and toolsAbout Digital TurbineDigital Turbine (NASDAQ: APPS) powers superior mobile consumer experiences and results for the world's leading telcos, advertisers and publishers.
