We’re seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) Float to provide compassionate, high‑quality care while partnering with our team to uphold our reputation for caring for loved ones. Job Details Job Location: USA—WI—La Crosse Campus: Benedictine Living Community—La Crosse Category: RN/LPN Position Type: Part‑Time Shift: Days Specific Shift Times: 6:30 a.m. – 3 p.m. Scheduled Days of the Week: varies Weekend Work Requirement: Every Other Weekend Salary Range: $46.80 Responsibilities The RN develops and implements an appropriate plan of care based on assessment. The RN demonstrates knowledge of medications and their correct administration. The RN (Float) is required to travel and provide care within a designated Benedictine region as needed. Qualifications Must hold current state licensure as an RN in good standing. Possess organization skills required to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate resident care. Have excellent communication skills. Be able to read, write, and communicate in English.
