Responsibilities

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Manufacturing Engineering Manager in Milwaukee, WI.Summary:As a Manufacturing Engineering Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving innovation and excellence in our manufacturing processes. This position involves leading a talented cross-functional team to achieve strategic company goals, managing complex projects within schedule and budget constraints, and implementing cutting-edge manufacturing technologies. The Manager will be instrumental in optimizing manufacturing effectiveness, ensuring alignment with corporate SMART goals, and fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement. This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on our operations and contribute to the advancement of our manufacturing capabilities.

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field required
• Over 7 years of experience in operations management, leadership, and engineering concepts; Proven track record in driving continuous improvements, cost reductions, and process enhancements; Expertise in value-added/value engineering and comprehensive product knowledge is highly desired
• Certified Leadership experience preferred
• Six Sigma Green Belt preferred
• Experience with AS 9100, ISO 9001, ISO 17025 certification process is preferred
• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.


We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
