Registered Nurse Medical Surgical

Night RN Opportunity

Seeking a compassionate Night RN to provide high-quality care on the Medical Surgical floor. The ideal candidate will be adaptable, capable of assisting in the Emergency Room when needed, and committed to patient safety and comfort.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver patient care in the MedSurg unit during 3×12-hour night shifts.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Assist in the Emergency Room when required, leveraging clinical skills for urgent situations.
• Document patient information accurately and in compliance with hospital policies.
• Ensure adherence to safety standards and infection control protocols.
• Provide support and education to patients and their families.

Qualifications:

• Current State or Compact RN license in Missouri or applicable state.
• Minimum of 1 year of clinical nursing experience in a MedSurg setting.
• Proven ability to work night shifts and manage a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Successful completion of background check and reference verification.
• Ability to start ASAP and work a 36-hour weekly schedule, with flexibility for additional shifts.
