Behavioral Health Technician

Behavioral Health Technician (Group Home / Emergency Shelter) Our residential programs are ready to hire Behavioral Health Technicians to join the team in our Group Home and Emergency Shelter. We are looking for compassionate, energetic, and dependable individuals that are committed to improving the lives of youth in Foster Care. In this role you will spend most of your time in direct supervision of the youth in our agency’s care, providing a safe and secure environment where their emotional well‑being can flourish. You will assist in the youth’s daily routines including food service, housekeeping duties, medication administration, necessary classes or client groups, and off‑site activities that could include sporting events, movies, and other fun events. Utilizing agency‑established behavior management protocols and procedures you will support the youth and assist in building essential life skills. Qualifications To be considered you must have The ability to work four, 10‑hour shifts (Wednesday through Saturday from 12p to 10p). Flexible schedules will be considered based on the needs of the program. A High School Diploma or equivalent and be at least 21 years of age One year of experience supervising, nurturing, and meeting the basic needs for youth Multi‑tasking skills that will support proper documentation and note taking in a fast paced environment A clean five‑year motor vehicle history and a valid Arizona Driver’s license.
