Preconstruction Manager

To support the rapid growth of high-density data center projects, the full-time remote Preconstruction Manager will lead planning, budgeting, and early-phase development while overseeing cost modeling, scheduling, and design coordination. Key Responsibilities Lead preconstruction efforts for new data center developments, expansions, and retrofits Collaborate with architects and engineers to refine design scopes and conduct constructability reviews Manage vendor and contractor prequalification, bid processes, and cost control reporting Required Qualifications 7+ years of experience in preconstruction, estimating, or construction management for large-scale projects Proven expertise in preparing cost estimates, budgets, and schedules Strong understanding of MEP systems and ground-up construction practices Experience managing design coordination and contractor prequalification processes Demonstrated ability to drive cross-functional alignment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
