Registered Nurse, RN Pediatrics

Description Trinity Health Of New England Medical Group is seeking an RN to join our Pediatrics Team. The ideal candidate will provide patient-centered care through scientific inquiry, compassion, advocacy, education, and collaboration. Responsibilities Contribute to overall quality of nursing care through performance improvement techniques that positively impact patient care Communicate effectively (written and verbal) with colleagues, patients, and family members Educate patients and family members so that they have a transparent understanding of the care being provided Use computer‑based applications (E‑MAR, clinical documentation), email, and standard applications such as Microsoft Office Demonstrate problem solving, conflict resolution, and positive teamwork communication Minimum Qualifications Graduate of an accredited college or university affiliated nursing program Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in Connecticut BLS certification (AHA/ARC) Preferred Qualifications Minimum of two years of RN experience Benefits Great benefits from Day 1 Full time, Monday‑Friday, 40‑hour days Position located in Farmington, CT We are a group of primary care providers, specialists, and surgeons serving patients in Connecticut and western Massachusetts.
