Your Responsibilities

Maloney Properties is seeking a full-time Assistant Property Manager to join our team based at a residential community in the South End. The portfolio consists of 209 units of affordable housing. The work hours are 9:00am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday. Responsibilities include:

Leasing.
Waitlist management.
Recertifications.
Rent collections.
Monthly reporting.
Unit inspections.
Compliance.
Overall office management.

The work hours are Monday-Friday 9:00-5:00.

Skills & Requirements

Your Qualifications

Experience in property management is required. Must have a valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.

Experience with Section 8 and LIHTC program is required.
COS, C3P or equivalent certification is preferred.
Microsoft Office proficiency is required; knowledge of Yardi is a plus.
Bilingual in English/Spanish is preferred.
