What You'll Do
As a Medical Device Assembler , you will be a key contributor in the manufacturing process, helping ensure every product meets the highest standards of quality and safety. In this role, you will:
- Assemble orthopedic implants and instruments according to detailed instructions and specifications
- Perform inspections and quality checks to confirm each product meets required standards
- Keep your workspace clean, organized, and aligned with safety expectations
- Work closely with team members and other departments to resolve production challenges
- Follow all company policies and regulatory requirements with a focus on patient safety
- Support continuous improvement efforts to enhance processes and product quality
- Meet daily production goals while maintaining accuracy and consistency
What You Bring
- High school diploma or equivalent, with technical or vocational training preferred
- Experience in manufacturing or assembly, ideally within medical devices
- Strong dexterity and comfort working with small tools and components
- A sharp eye for detail and ability to follow precise instructions
- Understanding of basic quality control practices
- Team oriented mindset with strong communication skills
- A high level of professionalism and personal accountability
- Ability to lift up to 20 pounds
- Willingness to work in a cleanroom environment and wear cleanroom attire
