Location: Maple Plain, MN
Pay: $20 to $24 per hour, based on experience
Schedule: 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday-Friday


What You'll Do
As a Medical Device Assembler , you will be a key contributor in the manufacturing process, helping ensure every product meets the highest standards of quality and safety. In this role, you will:

• Assemble orthopedic implants and instruments according to detailed instructions and specifications
• Perform inspections and quality checks to confirm each product meets required standards
• Keep your workspace clean, organized, and aligned with safety expectations
• Work closely with team members and other departments to resolve production challenges
• Follow all company policies and regulatory requirements with a focus on patient safety
• Support continuous improvement efforts to enhance processes and product quality
• Meet daily production goals while maintaining accuracy and consistency

What You Bring

• High school diploma or equivalent, with technical or vocational training preferred
• Experience in manufacturing or assembly, ideally within medical devices
• Strong dexterity and comfort working with small tools and components
• A sharp eye for detail and ability to follow precise instructions
• Understanding of basic quality control practices
• Team oriented mindset with strong communication skills
• A high level of professionalism and personal accountability

Additional Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds
• Willingness to work in a cleanroom environment and wear cleanroom attire
