This role will apply MBSE principles across the Systems Engineering Lifecycle. The right engineer will have a strong foundation in MBSE tools (e.g. Cameo), methodologies, and frameworks. If you have relevant experience, please apply!Must be a US citizen with a Secret or higher security clearance.This role will be performed on-site in Huntsville, AL.Responsibilities:Capture, understand, translate, and document customer requirementsInterface with customers and cross-functional teams, driving requirements and MBSE adoption within highly structured government environmentsDefine system and product requirements; and generate hardware/software specifications and requirementsCreate and maintain programmatic and technical documentation to ensure efficient planning and executionManage and document system configurations and transitions into system realizationExecute phases of the System Lifecycle in a model-based context by applying fundamental Systems Engineering principlesArchitect, design, and depict systems using languages such as SysMLDevelop and maintain models in tools such as Cameo, MagicDraw, and Sparx Enterprise ArchitectApply methodologies and frameworks such as MagicGrid, OOSEM, DoDAF, and UAFQualifications:Bachelors degree3+ years of MBSE experienceClear knowledge of the systems engineering lifecycleExperience interfacing with customers and navigating complex organizational processes and approval workflowsDeep practical knowledge of SysML and Cameo toolsExperience both setting up new models and working in models developed by othersExtremely detail-oriented and attentive to the established project methodologySelf-directed to perform open-ended tasks with thoughtful decision-makingWork well within a team of MBSE practitioners, including proposing thoughtful changes to team processes and methodologiesTeam lead experience is a plus  EEO StatementSummit TRC is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
