Position: Talent Sourcer Location: Franklin, TN (Remote) - Local candidates preferred Type: Contract Rate: $35-40/Hr About the Role Our premium client is seeking a Talent Sourcer to help scale a high-performing team across the US. This role focuses on high-volume operations hiring and plays a key part in building diverse, scalable talent pipelines. You’ll partner closely with hiring teams to deliver a seamless, candidate-first experience—bringing curiosity, grit, and a collaborative mindset to everything you do. What You’ll Do Build and nurture diverse talent pipelines through proactive sourcing and market research Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to develop creative, data-informed sourcing strategies Engage candidates across multiple channels, including referrals and passive outreach Explore new tools and approaches to attract top talent Create structured sourcing plans with clear goals, timelines, and tracking Monitor pipeline performance and share insights to continuously improve results What You Bring 2+ years of experience in sourcing or recruiting, ideally in high-volume environments Experience supporting fast-paced teams (e.g., tech, operations, or agency)Proven ability to meet or exceed hiring goals Strong research and sourcing skills with a focus on quality Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn, Indeed, HireEZ, and Greenhouse A proactive, collaborative approach and passion for building inclusive teams Trident Consulting Trident Consulting is a premier IT staffing firm providing high-impact workforce solutions to Fortune 500 and mid-market clients.
