Key Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Previous experience as a Paraprofessional or related support role in a school setting preferred
• Familiarity with classroom routines, supporting students one-on-one or in small groups
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with teachers and fellow staff
• Patience, compassion, and a genuine interest in promoting a positive and inclusive learning atmosphere
• Ability to adapt to varying classroom needs and support students with diverse abilities
• Ready to start as soon as possible

Responsibilities Include:

• Assisting classroom teachers with instructional support, behavior management, and classroom organization
• Helping guide students through learning activities and reinforcing lesson objectives
• Supporting students’ personal care and mobility as needed
