About the Role: Jackson's Bistro is a high-volume restaurant seeking energetic bussers to become part of the Jackson's team. This job is a critical part of creating a positive guest experience so they will come back again and again! You're the person who makes sure the restaurant is clean, safe and sanitized, always looks tip-top and ensures the guests get seated efficiently by having the tables cleaned and ready to go with silverware. As tables turnover from one party to the next, you're the go-to person who will assist the host, servers, and managers in keeping the dining room sanitized and spotless.
Minimum Qualifications:
Skills: The required skills for this position include strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently under pressure, which are essential for maintaining a clean and organized dining area. Effective communication skills are also important, as the Busser must coordinate with waitstaff and kitchen personnel to ensure timely service. Time management skills will help the Busser prioritize tasks and respond quickly to the needs of guests and staff. Preferred skills, such as experience in a restaurant environment, can enhance the Busser's ability to understand the flow of service and anticipate the needs of the team.
