Associate Attorney

Job Details: Salary: $130,000 - $150,000 per year. Job Details J.D. from an accredited law school and active membership in good standing with the California State Bar. 2+ years of litigation experience, ideally within business, construction, real estate, or employment law (specific years negotiable depending on level). Demonstrated experience with civil litigation processes, including pleadings, discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation. Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills. Experience with or exposure to mediation and arbitration proceedings preferred. Excellent client communication skills and the ability to manage client relationships directly. Ability to manage an active caseload independently while collaborating with senior partners. Strong academic credentials and law school record.
