MLR Healthcare is seeking a qualified Charge Nurse to join a well-respected hospital in Oklahoma . In this position, you will be responsible for the planning, organization, development, and overall management of the Emergency Department . Your role will involve ensuring that operations comply with federal, state, and local regulations while promoting excellence in patient care and enhancing departmental efficiency.

Schedule: Night Shift

Key Responsibilities:

• Exhibit self-motivation, creativity, and the ability to thrive in a semi-autonomous role within a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Develop, maintain, review, and update policies and procedures, nursing manuals, job descriptions, and the reference library.
• Carry out administrative tasks, including completing medical forms, reports, evaluations, studies, and necessary charting.

Requirements:

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing Requires
• Unencumbered Oklahoma Registered Nurse License
• 5 to 7 years of leadership experience in Acute Care preferred
• BLS & CPR certifications required
