Electrophysiologist Cardiologist - 50K Starting Bonus - 25K Relocation Assistance St. Peter's Health Partners is seeking a full‑time Electrophysiologist Cardiologist to join our established team at Albany Associates in Cardiology (AAC) in Albany, New York. This full‑time position offers a balance of hospital and outpatient responsibilities, opportunities for professional growth, and competitive compensation. Additional Highlights Work Schedule : 50% office, 50% hospital; generally no split days (hospital or clinic, not both on the same day) Procedure Requirements : Minimum 2 years of electrophysiology experience, including ablation and AFib management; experience with Watchman procedures is a plus Practice Setting : Team of three EP cardiologists (Drs. Prieto, Phang, and Sosa Suárez) Call Schedule : General cardiology call once a month for evenings and weekends; no specific EP call Office Coverage : Troy, Clifton Park, and Albany; opportunities to expand practice to other regions Flexible Scheduling : Option to have hospital and clinic days split or dedicate full days to either setting Qualifications Minimum 2 years of EP experience, including ablation and AFib procedures; training in Watchman procedures is beneficial; lead/device extraction preferred Strong clinical skills, excellent communication, commitment to high‑quality, team‑oriented care Recruitment Package Base Salary : $650,000 – $700,000 per year (starting range of total compensation; does not include productivity bonuses or other cash incentives) Starting Bonus : $50,000 Relocation Assistance : $25,000 Time Off : Tiered model starting at 30 days, increasing to 40 days annually with tenure CME Allowance : $4,500 annually Loan Repayment : Eligible for federal Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) program Visa sponsorship not available (H‑1B, J‑1 waiver) Legal Notice St. Peter's Health Partners is an equal opportunity employer.
