Triage Registered Nurse

Hartford Healthcare, a leading not-for-profit Connecticut healthcare system, is seeking a compassionate Triage Registered Nurse to help patients access the right care. You will assess symptoms by phone and other approved channels, provide evidence-based guidance, identify urgent concerns, and coordinate appropriate follow-up or escalation.
