Offre de rgleur(se) machines
Rattach(e) notre Responsable Industriel, votre mission consiste rgler les quipements du parc
machine de notre atelier dusinage (60% du temps) dans le respect des normes de scurit, qualit et
productivit et den assurer la production (40% du temps).
Pour atteindre vos objectifs, vous devrez mener bien plusieurs missions :
Raliser les rglages et les montages selon les instructions de fabrication et assurer le suivi de la
production.
Raliser la fabrication : bavurage des pices, alimentation des machines en pices.
Lire et interprter les gammes dusinage, les plans et les ordres de fabrication.
Lire, comprendre et corriger le code ISO sur commande numrique FANUC si ncessaire.
Effectuer les changements doutils et les rglages associs selon les oprations de tournage
raliser.
Contrler la conformit des pices produites et assurer la maintenance de premier niveau des
quipements.
Profil recherch
Vous tes rigoureux(se), dot(e) dune grande capacit dcoute et dun vritable esprit dquipe. Vous
disposez de comptences solides en tournage, ainsi quen fraisage, et savez travailler sur des machines 2
10 axes.
La matrise du langage FANUC en Commandes Numriques est indispensable. Des connaissances en
dcolletage constituent un plus apprci.
Votre ractivit, votre polyvalence et votre capacit vous approprier nos processus, puis les faire
voluer, vous permettront de vous inscrire pleinement dans une dynamique de dveloppement.
