PCA: Personal Care Assistant

Pay: $15-21/hour
based on certification, experience and shift differentials

Part Time | Day and Evening Shifts

What You'll Do:

Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility support
Support residents during meals, activities, appointments, and other daily routines
Assist with medication administration, obtain vital signs, and maintain accurate documentation as assigned
Help residents safely use medical equipment and mobility devices such as walkers, wheelchairs, and lifts
Perform light housekeeping duties, including making beds, tidying rooms, and handling linens
Observe and report resident concerns, changes in condition, or incidents to the nursing team promptly

PCA Requirements:

High school diploma or GED required
Medication Pass Certification required within 90 days of hire
