Manager of Operations Support - APS Mobilizations

Role Overview The Manager of Operations Support - APS Mobilizations role is responsible for the tactical delivery of managing workstreams, deliverables and tasks detailed in the APS Mobilization template used to launch all new APS client contracts. The role will provide subject‑matter expertise to ensure adherence to ABM standards and industry best practices, driving compliance and offering clear guidance to operations teams and mobilization colleagues in support of the new contract and client. The Manager is expected to be a continuous learner who actively monitors industry trends, ABM processes changes, evolving client needs, and operational performance. The Manager of Operations Support - APS Mobilizations reports to the Senior Manager of Operations – APS Mobilization Support and works closely with the APS Platform Team and APS Portfolio Leads. This role is responsible for setting up and executing the APS service delivery model for new client contracts (from Letter of Intent or signed contract) through stabilization and ongoing operations in collaboration with the Client Experience and Ops Support Program Manager. Travel regularly (up to 75%) to support mobilization oversight, assessments, and operational leadership needs. Pay $103,000 - $130,000 The pay listed is the salary range for this position. Any specific offer will vary based on the successful applicant’s education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data.
