Support Engineer

Role Overview Join Robinhood in building the future of finance. The Support Engineering Sub‑Team provides technology support to Robinhood employees across offices and distributed teams. The team reduces technical friction through responsive support, clear processes, and reliable onsite experiences. What You Will Do Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for Robinhood employees, troubleshoot and support various technologies, and improve support workflows and documentation.
