Job Title: Customer Service Representative (CSR)

Job Expectations:
  • Full-time, 40 hours per week.
  • Hours: Monday - Thursday, 8 AM to 4 PM; Friday, 8 AM to 6 PM.

  • Customer service and/or receptionist experience preferred.

Objectives:
  • Greet customers and address various requests.
  • Deliver personalized and engaging customer service.
  • Adhere to all banking regulations and internal policies.
  • Recommend products and services aligned with customer needs.
  • Assist with additional tasks as needed to support bank operations.
Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Flexibly perform roles as a receptionist, customer service phone operator, or project team member.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide account assistance.
  • Handle administrative tasks as needed.
  • Inform customers about bank services and direct them to appropriate staff when necessary.
  • Reconcile daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
  • Maintain a clean and secure workstation.
  • Monitor lobby and drive-thru activity to ensure safety.
  • Maintain knowledge of bank regulations and complete training requirements.

  • Cash handling experience preferred.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

  • Computer literacy, with knowledge of Microsoft Office products like Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Proficiency in 10 key skills.
  • Bilingual abilities are beneficial.
