What We Need From This Lead HVAC Installation Role Strong work ethic Ability to closely follow relevant policies and specifications Heating and air conditioning experience, while not required, would be preferred. An EPA Type II license would be a huge bonus! A high school diploma or equivalent would also be beneficial.
