Alpaca Health partners with experienced BCBAs to build and grow their own independent ABA practices.

Instead of working for a traditional ABA company, you become the owner and clinical leader of your practice—with control over your clinical care, caseload, schedule, team, and growth.

Alpaca provides the infrastructure and support needed to get your practice up and running, including payer contracting, technology, billing, credentialing, and administrative support.

You focus on what matters most: providing exceptional care to clients and families while building a practice of your own.

• Provide high-quality, individualized ABA services to clients and families.

• Conduct assessments and develop evidence-based treatment plans.

• Monitor client progress and use data to guide clinical decisions.

• Provide clinical oversight and supervision to your team as your practice grows.

• Collaborate with caregivers and other professionals involved in client care.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure compliance with applicable standards.

• Build and grow your practice while maintaining high standards of clinical care.
  

• Support getting your practice in-network with major insurance payers.

• AI-powered technology for scheduling, documentation, data collection, and practice management.

• Billing, credentialing, and administrative support.

• Support with building and scaling your clinical team.

• Operational infrastructure so you can spend more time focused on clients and your practice.

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing.

• Active Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) license, where required.

• Experience providing ABA services and working with clients and families.

• Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills.

• Commitment to ethical, evidence-based ABA practice.
